Phase one

Initial consultation

We begin with a conversation about your space, how you use it, and what you want to change. You receive a written summary of the scope so you can check it before any work begins.

Phase two

Design and planning

Layouts, material options, and a timeline are prepared and shared for review. Each choice is explained in plain language, so the reasoning behind every decision is clear.

Phase three

Delivery and follow-through

Work is carried out in stated phases with regular updates. We check the finished space against the agreed scope together and record any follow-up items.
